Overview

Oversee daily data collection activities of enumerators in Mersin, Türkiye, ensuring adherence to protocols and schedules for the Displacement Tracking Matrix (DTM) project.

Tasks Summary

• Oversee daily activities of enumerators, ensuring adherence to data collection protocols and schedules
• Assign locations to Enumerators and monitor their progress
• Conduct quantitative and qualitative interviews in the field with individuals from both host and migrant communities
• Supervise and be accountable for the process of data collection performed by the Enumerators throughout the province of responsibility
• Provide real-time feedback and guidance to Enumerators on data quality issues
• Conduct field visits with Project Associates
• Utilize established mobile data collection tools
• Submit daily updates on progress, challenges, and observations
• Maintain liaison with community members and local authorities for the purpose of access to the field and coordination
• Perform any other duties assigned by the direct supervisor

Experience Requirements

• 1 month
• Previous experience in field data collection, surveys, or assessments is desired.
• Prior experience working with migrants, refugees, or displaced populations is a strong advantage.
• Experience using digital data collection tools (e.g., KoboToolbox, ODK) is desirable.

Qualification Requirements

• Secondary education
• At least High School Degree with relevant experience

Languages Required: • Turkish, Level: Fluent, Required

Languages Preferred: • Fluency in Turkish and any other language proficiency is an advantage.

Contract Duration: 1 months (with possibility of extension)

Work Modality: Onsite

Remuneration: • Monthly Living Allowance (MLA) is USD 968 (Paid in Turkish Lira) • Private insurance: Health, dental, life, and dismemberment (coverage by CIGNA) • Entry allowance: USD 10
