Oversee daily activities of enumerators for data collection in Adana, Türkiye, ensuring adherence to protocols and schedules. Conduct quantitative and qualitative interviews and supervise data collection processes.

Tasks Summary

• Oversee daily activities of enumerators, ensuring adherence to data collection protocols and schedules
• Assign locations to Enumerators and monitor their progress
• Conduct quantitative and qualitative interviews in the field with individuals from both host and migrant communities
• Supervise and be accountable for the process of data collection performed by the Enumerators throughout the province of responsibility
• Provide real-time feedback and guidance to Enumerators on data quality issues
• Conduct field visits with Project Associates
• Utilize established mobile data collection tools
• Submit daily updates on progress, challenges, and observations
• Maintain liaison with community members and local authorities for the purpose of access to the field and coordination
• Perform any other duties assigned by the direct supervisor

Languages Required: Turkish, Level: Fluent, Required

Languages Preferred: Fluency in Turkish and any other language proficiency is an advantage.

Contract Duration: 1 months (with possibility of extension)
