Overview

The KREASI Regional Manager is responsible for ensuring oversight and support to local implementing partners in delivering KREASI in two districts. The Manager is responsible for managing resources and ensuring programs align with the Save the Children mission and KREASI project objectives.

Tasks Summary
  • Ensure implementation of high-quality programs.
  • Oversee and support implementing partners to deliver programs effectively.
  • Ensure the timeliness and quality of donor reporting.
  • Ensure all activities implemented directly or through partners comply with donor requirements, organizational policies, partnership agreements, and relevant local laws and regulations.
  • Maintain oversight of accurate, complete, and up-to-date program records.
  • Identify, assess, and mitigate programmatic, operational, financial, and security risks.
  • Ensure child safeguarding is integrated into all program activities.
  • Maintain clear, timely, and effective communication with KREASI national office team members, implementing partners, and relevant Save the Children Indonesia teams.
  • Lead the development of constructive relationships with government authorities.
  • Represent Save the Children and the KREASI program in local and regional forums.
  • Provide leadership and management to the Provincial team.
  • Manage the performance of Provincial office staff.
  • Coach, mentor, and support staff.
  • Oversee regional program budgets.
  • Ensure partners comply with donor financial regulations, partnership agreements, and Save the Children financial policies.
  • Oversee the production of accurate financial reports, forecasts, and documentation.
Experience Requirements
  • Recommended a minimum of 7 years of management experience in an NGO environment, including significant field implementation experience.
  • Solid project management skills with a proven history of delivering results.
  • Deep knowledge of donor-funded grants management and compliance requirements.
  • Substantial experience, knowledge of effective financial and budgetary control, and ability to analyze information, evaluate options, and think and plan strategically.
Qualification Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Social or other relevant study

Languages Required: • Fluency in written and spoken Indonesian • Strong English written and spoken skills

Languages Preferred:

Contract Duration: Permanent

Work Modality: Ability and willingness to be stationed in the Field office, with frequent travel to the program area as required by Save the Children
