Overview
The position holder will support the effective implementation of grant-funded projects by overseeing the overall financial management and monitoring of the EU–INTPA project.
Tasks Summary
- Coordinating, standardizing, and consolidating consortium budgets
- Preparing consolidated donor financial reports
- Managing and following up on the liquidation of advances for consortium members
- Providing capacity building on donor compliance and Funding Agreement Document (FAD) administration
- Maintaining the Grants Information System
- Providing timely, accurate grants-related financial analysis to support informed decision-making
Experience Requirements
- Minimum 7 years plus relevant experience as a Grant Accountant / Grant Finance/Grant Manager
- At least 3 years in a managerial position
- Experience with International NGO grant management systems and financial regulations
- Knowledge of Grants Administration, especially system management and donor compliance in reporting of EU/ECHO-based funding
- Strong knowledge of financial systems (e.g., SAP& ERP), policies, and procedures
- Demonstrated experience and knowledge in consortium management, cost recovery principles and systems, and experience in implementing a cost recovery system
