Our intention is nothing other than to consolidate the role of volunteers in our organization, recognizing the enormous potential that comes with having them, thus creating spaces for volunteers to act and express themselves according to their abilities and interests. Thanks to their contributions, we aim to solidify our organization's work in writing and implementing European projects. POSSIBLE TASKS: Support our association in various ways: translating documents, creating educational materials, helping with intellectual outputs, assisting and participating in youth exchanges, training courses, and European mobilities,etc. Advocate for European values, including solidarity, environmental consciousness, and volunteerism. Cultivate positive relationships with the local community. Disseminate content across various social media platforms. We believe volunteering here is a chance to discover your professional path, learn valuable skills, and connect with inspiring people. Accommodation, food and transport arrangements Shared accommodation in a fully equipped housing in Sarón, close to shops, medical services, sports facilities and dining options. A monthly ammount for food is provided, 6€ per day. A monthly pocket money of €6 per day is included. The volunteering site features an on-site restaurant with catering services. Transportation expenses are covered, with a round-trip allowance with different budget depending the country and the distance form Sarón (we take as reference the Erasmus+ official Distance Calculator). Training during the activity *Project Management Skills: Project Management Training, Erasmus+ Project Management Workshop *Events Coordination and facilitation Workshop. *Communication and Social Media Management: Social Media workshops *On-Arrival and Mid-Term Trainings by the National Agency (NA). These courses foster personal /professional development Participant profile We are looking for five motivated young individuals interested in European projects and non-formal education. We seek volunteers with good communication skills in English, Spanish, or other European languages, and the ability to work with translations and adapt content for different audiences. Applicants should have digital literacy, confidence in using computers, online tools, and social media, as well as organizational skills to assist in planning and implementing events, training courses, and workshops. Adaptability, kindness, and a willingness to embrace both educational and hands-on activities are equally crucial traits.
