Overview

This internship offers an opportunity to contribute to the VisionFund Strategy Team by shaping and sharing strategies, client success stories, and the impact of microfinance efforts. The role is crucial in expanding reach and enhancing communications.

Tasks Summary

• Support the end-to-end implementation of surveys measuring the impact of VisionFund’s financial products.
• Enhance existing dashboards, analyse quantitative and qualitative data to generate actionable insights, and ensure timely feedback loops.
• Conduct comparative analysis between externally available data in the financial inclusion sector and internal data.
• Collaborate with the Strategy Realization team to design dashboards.
• Provide support to the impact, strategy realization, and IT teams on integrating impact and operational data.
• Perform rigorous checks to improve the accuracy and reliability of Micro Finance Institutions’ survey data.
• Investigate the latest trends, evidence, and best practices in financial inclusion.

Experience Requirements

Experience in conducting thorough and effective online research to support work and insights.

Qualification Requirements

Appropriate Fields of Study/Majors: Economics, Business Administration, Data Analytics, International Development, or other Social Sciences majors.
