Procurement of hospital equipment for the Yunnan Lincang Border Economic Cooperation Zone Development Project.
Tasks Summary
- Supply of medical equipment for departments including Ultrasonic Functional Section, Radiology Department, clinical laboratory, anesthesiology, Obstetrics and Pediatrics, and an Information system.
- Examples of equipment include Electronic Gastrointestinal Endoscope, Color Doppler Ultrasound, X-Ray Computed Tomography (CT), Automated Five-Part Differential Hematology Analyzer, Anesthesia Machine, and Electronic Medical Record System.
- Totaling approximately 991 units/sets.
Experience Requirements
- Successful completion as main supplier within the last 5 years, of at least one (1) contract each valued at not less than CNY 42 million or equivalent amount in USD with nature, and complexity similar to the scope of supply.
- For domestic bidders, the bidder should have the qualification of “Medical Device Operating License” issued by National/local Medical Administration.
- For the party responsible for installation works, a valid "Special Equipment Installation, Renovation and Maintenance License (Pressure Pipeline) (Construction Category includes: Installation; Level includes: GC2 level and above)" issued by the Market Supervision Administration.
- For foreign bidders, it shall ensure it could conduct relevant business in accordance with the PRC law.
- The Bidder shall demonstrate that the goods offered have been in production for at least one (1) year.
- The Bidder shall demonstrate that the goods offered have been sold a minimum of three (3) units of similar type and specification over the last three (3) years.
- The Bidder shall demonstrate that the goods offered have been in operation for a minimum of one (1) year.
Qualification Requirements
- For domestic bidders, the bidder should have the qualification of “Medical Device Operating License” issued by National/local Medical Administration.
- For the party (single bidder or JV partner) who is responsible for the installation works shall have a valid "Special Equipment Installation, Renovation and Maintenance License (Pressure Pipeline) (Construction Category includes: Installation; Level includes: GC2 level and above)" issued by the Market Supervision Administration.
- For foreign bidders, it shall ensure it could conduct relevant business in accordance with the PRC law.
