Overview

The Integration Facilitator will promote the integration of beneficiaries of international protection and temporary protection into Greek society through employability support, language courses, vocational training, and social cohesion activities.


Key Responsibilities
  • Provide information and enroll eligible beneficiaries in the project.
  • Monitor beneficiary integration progress through individual sessions.
  • Conduct presentations on the European Way of Life.
  • Organize psychosocial support sessions.
  • Provide information on social welfare rights, housing, healthcare, and education.
  • Conduct referrals for specialized support.
  • Coordinate with project units, actors, and authorities.
  • Evaluate exemption requests for Greek language courses.
  • Ensure accurate data entry and archiving.
  • Coordinate with RIS and stakeholders, visit Reception Facilities to present the project and enroll beneficiaries.
  • Assist beneficiaries with apartment search and administrative pre-requirements.
  • Perform other assigned duties.
Required Experience
  • Minimum three years of work experience.
  • For Social Workers and Psychologists, a professional license is required.
  • Experience in working in a multi-cultural environment preferred.
  • Valid driver’s license with at least five years driving experience an advantage.
Qualifications
  • University degree in psychology, social work or any other related field from an accredited academic institution.
  • Master’s degree in the above fields will be considered an advantage.
