Tasks Summary
- Develop a country Talent Acquisition Plan including key goals, target profiles, and sourcing strategies.
- Develop an Outreach and Sourcing Framework proposing priority sourcing channels and proactive talent sourcing approaches.
- Develop an Implementation Timeline and Workplan including phased activities, timelines, and responsibilities.
- Develop Monitoring, Analytics and Reporting mechanisms including indicators to measure outreach effectiveness and talent pipeline growth.
Experience Requirements
- Proven experience in talent acquisition strategy, workforce planning, or recruitment programme design.
- Experience developing HR plans, recruitment strategies, or sourcing frameworks.
- Familiarity with diversity and inclusion approaches in recruitment is an asset.
- Knowledge of UN recruitment/volunteer mobilization processes is an advantage.
Qualification Requirements
Degree in Human Resources, Organisational Development, Business Administration, International Development, or a related field.
