Senior Engineers (Voice & VTC)

Overview

Design and deploy voice and video based collaboration solutions to deliver Voice and Video collaboration services across NATO networks. Plan, lead, and monitor outsourcing and continuous service improvement initiatives.

Tasks Summary

• Design and deploy voice and video based collaboration solutions.
• Plan, lead and monitor the implementation of outsourcing and continuous service improvement initiatives.
• Participate in projects by representing and proving governance, guidance and mentorship on the Audio Visual Service component.
• Accountable for the creation and maintenance of technical documentation.
• Mentor and/or coach other team members on new Voice and Video collaboration solutions.

Experience Requirements

• 3 years post-related experience with a Bachelor's degree.
• Exceptionally, at least 10 years extensive and progressive expertise in duties related to the function of the post without a university degree.
• Proven experience in the architecture, design and deployment of secured collaboration solutions following industry’s best practices.
• Excellent knowledge of signaling protocols used by collaboration solutions.
• Good working knowledge of virtualization and cloud technologies.

Qualification Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree at a nationally recognised/certified University in a related discipline.

Languages Required: • Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
