Overview
Provide office support services to ensure a clean, safe, and well-functioning working environment. The role focuses on maintaining office cleanliness, supporting administrative and logistical tasks, managing office supplies and deliveries, and assisting in safety and security compliance.
Tasks Summary
- Daily cleaning and tidying of workspaces, meeting rooms, pantry, and common areas.
- Ensuring washrooms and kitchen areas are hygienic and well-stocked with supplies.
- Proper disposal of waste and recycling materials.
- Monitoring and reporting any maintenance or repair needs.
- Assisting with general administrative tasks such as photocopying, scanning.
- Helping in the preparation and organization of office materials, office files, document archives.
- Register incoming and outgoing correspondence, parcels, official documents, and courier service.
- Assist staff in retrieving administrative documents and records.
- Preparing and serving tea, coffee, and refreshments for staff and visitors.
- Maintaining cleanliness and stock of pantry supplies.
- Ensure common office areas orderly and ready for use.
- Monitoring and maintaining office supplies (stationery, cleaning materials, pantry items).
- Informing the Office Manager when supplies need to be reordered.
Experience Requirements
• At least 3 year of relevant experience in office support, cleaning, or facility maintenance.
Qualification Requirements
• Completed High school diploma or equivalent
