Overview
Two Student Assistant roles are available to support teams in the Standards and Operational Support Division, focusing on coordination, administration, and knowledge management for global humanitarian programmes.
Tasks Summary
- Organize meetings, take minutes and track follow-up actions.
- Assist with preparing and rolling out global policies, including coordinating travel logistics.
- Support procurement and maintain project documentation.
- Create internal communication materials, maintain SharePoint resources and conduct light research.
- Assist in ensuring timely proposal submissions and institutional donor reporting.
- Support coordination and administrative tasks within the grants management team.
Experience Requirements
- Experience with administrative coordination, procurement or finance tracking (desirable)
- Previous experience in an NGO or international organization (desirable)
Qualification Requirements
• Currently enrolled at a university in Denmark with studies continuing until at least December 2026
