Festival & Events Retail Team Manager (TRD5498)

Overview

This role will drive income and increase engagement through the sale of donated and new goods at Festivals & Events, supporting operations within the Batley site and contributing to business growth.

Tasks Summary

• Manage staff, trainees, and volunteers to deliver high levels of quality and customer service.
• Play a pivotal role in the management of product supply, storage, inventory systems, sales, and returns within a large warehouse environment.
• Develop a strong sense of teamwork across all departments.
• Deliver against objectives and KPIs set.
• Support in the development of both people and the business.
• Ensure teams are fully trained, communicated to, and supported.
• Ensure all shifts are covered, maximising operational hours.
• Act as required in Health & Safety management.
• Support in the management of site and team security.

Experience Requirements

• Experience of working within the Festival & Events space.
• Experience within large warehouse operations.
• Experience of supporting in the management of site & team security.

Qualification Requirements

• Driving licence
