Overview

Strengthen UNICEF’s Social and Behavior Change (SBC) digital engagement ecosystem by ensuring effective coordination and utilization of key platforms.

Tasks Summary

• Coordinate the social and community listening mechanisms for continuous collection, analysis, and interpretation of community insights.
• Oversee and support the technical components of the SMSBiz platform.
• Systematize, organize, and upload process data generated across all SBC platforms, data flows and timely reporting.

Experience Requirements

• 2 years in SBC, social media monitoring, digital listening.
• Experience in rumor management/misinformation response.

Qualification Requirements

• University degree in Social Science, Statistics, Communications, Marketing, Data Science, or Knowledge Management.
• Training in digital monitoring, data analytics, or social media management is an asset.

Languages Required: Fluency in English and Portuguese is required
