Overview

This consultancy aims to lead the drafting, consolidation, and refinement of the TB Funding Request narrative and related annexes for Indonesia's Global Fund Grant Cycle 8. The role involves coordinating a writing team to ensure alignment and quality assurance of deliverables.

Tasks Summary
  • Lead the drafting, consolidation, and refinement of the TB Funding Request narrative and related annexes.
  • Coordinate the Funding Request TB consultant’s team.
  • Ensure alignment and quality assurance of deliverables.
  • Work in close collaboration with the CCM Technical Working Group for TB and National TB Program, as well as communities.
  • Produce Output 1: First draft of the Funding Request document with all relevant attachments by 15 May 2026.
  • Produce Output 2: Draft Funding Request submission document package by 31 May 2026.
  • Produce Output 3: Final version of the complete Funding Request submission document package by 15 June 2026.
  • Produce Output 4: Final assignment report by 30 June 2026.
Experience Requirements
  • At least 15 years' experience in planning, implementing, and/or monitoring and evaluation of large-scale health programs particularly in ATM-R programs.
  • Experience developing and drafting Funding Requests for the Global Fund.
  • Experience working in the health sector in Indonesia, particularly in the management of Tuberculosis, and demonstrated relationships with key health actors.
  • Experience collaborating with several multilateral and bilateral donors, international health partners, as well as government and civil society representatives.
  • Understanding of Global Fund procedures and requirements is preferred.
  • Understanding of the socio-cultural, historical, and political context of the ATM-R Program in Indonesia.
  • Demonstrated skills in developing research and academic papers and possessing the ability to acquire information.
  • Ability to develop strategic plans related to HIV/AIDS, Tuberculosis, Malaria and RSSH Programs.
  • Experience negotiating, delivering presentations, and writing in English with multi-stakeholder partners.
  • Able to think broadly in various social contexts of ATM and RSSH strategic plans.
Qualification Requirements

• Master's degree or higher in public health, international development, social sciences or equivalent.

Other Details

Languages Required: • Fluency in written and spoken English is an absolute necessity. • Excellent writing/reporting skills, communication, and presentation skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia.

Contract Duration: 45 working days from 1 March to 30 June 2026

Work Modality: On site: Jakarta

Remuneration: • Remuneration: IDR 3,789,000 (daily, paid 45 days within the contract duration)
