Overview
The Integration Facilitator will provide information and support to beneficiaries for their integration into Greek society, focusing on employability, social cohesion, and access to services.
Tasks Summary
- Provide information and enroll eligible beneficiaries in the project.
- Monitor beneficiary integration progress through individual sessions.
- Conduct presentations on the European Way of Life.
- Organize psychosocial support sessions.
- Inform beneficiaries about social welfare rights, housing, healthcare, and education.
- Refer cases needing specialized support.
- Coordinate with project units, actors, and authorities.
- Evaluate requests for exemption from Greek language courses.
- Ensure accurate data entry and archiving.
- Coordinate with RIS and stakeholders, visit Reception Facilities to present the project and enroll beneficiaries.
- Assist beneficiaries with apartment search and administrative pre-requirements.
- Perform other assigned duties.
Experience Requirements
- Minimum three years of work experience.
- For Social Workers and Psychologists, a professional license is required.
- Experience in working in a multi-cultural environment preferred.
- Valid driver’s license with at least five years driving experience an advantage.
Qualification Requirements
- University degree in psychology, social work or any other related field from an accredited academic institution.
- Master’s degree in the above fields will be considered an advantage.
