Overview

The Resource Manager (Finance) role involves monitoring and maintaining financial records, assisting with financial planning and budgeting, and ensuring compliance with organizational practices and regulations.

Tasks Summary
  • Monitors and maintains financial records to agreed requirements for compliance and audit.
  • Assists with identifying and calculating process, service, project and component costs for financial planning and budgeting.
  • Explains the functions and features of budgeting tools.
  • Implements the organization's budget cycle and process.
  • Follows organizational practices and guidelines for product profitability reporting.
  • Analyses errors or inaccuracies in financial reports.
  • Evaluates differing expense management alternatives and makes recommendations.
  • Facilitates proper documentation and compliance with established standards and regulations.
  • Studies and evaluates the audit trails of various operational processes.
  • Participates in the testing, review and analysis of existing internal controls.
Experience Requirements
  • A minimum of 2 years post-related experience with a Bachelor’s degree.
  • Exceptionally, at least 6 years extensive and progressive expertise in duties related to the function of the post may be accepted in lieu of a university degree.
  • Extensive and directly relevant experience in Financial and budgetary practices, techniques and procedures.
  • Extensive and directly relevant experience in planning, preparation and production of budget or financial plan submission.
  • Extensive and directly relevant experience in financial execution and resource management.
  • Extensive and directly relevant experience in business management or related fields.
  • Experience in management of Assets and Inventory from a financial control standpoint.
  • Proven ability to communicate effectively at all levels, whilst building and maintaining strong relationships.
Qualification Requirements

• A Bachelor’s degree at a nationally recognised/certified University in a related discipline.

Contract Duration: 5 year contract

Remuneration: • 7,163.77 Euro (EUR) Monthly
