Overview
Lead the implementation of solution architectures and drive scoping, requirements definition, and prioritisation for large, complex initiatives within the NATO Cyber Security Centre.
Tasks Summary
- Lead the implementation of solution architectures in specific business, infrastructure or functional areas.
- Plan and drive scoping, requirements definition and prioritisation activities for large, complex initiatives.
- Coordinate Subject Matter Expertise (SME) support for Design and Implementation (D&I) activities.
- Ensure project artefacts are developed in accordance with the Technical Lead.
- Provide direction and guidance to Technical Leads of various projects.
- Responsible for the quality assurance of NCSC developed artefacts.
- Provide necessary technical direction and guidance when it comes to content and coordination of projects across the NCSC and NCIA portfolio.
Experience Requirements
- 5 years of experience in leading teams developing or delivering services in the area of cyber security, complex and demanding technical environments and managing cyber security projects and/or service portfolios.
- Strong leadership and management skills.
- Recognised track record in dealing with stakeholders, understanding their needs, problems, and requests and proposing constructive ways ahead.
- Proactive attitude in seeking and maintaining trust from stakeholders.
- Resiliency to work in a fast paced, quickly changing environment.
- Proven ability to communicate effectively orally and in writing with good briefing skills.
Qualification Requirements
• A Master’s degree at a nationally recognised/certified University in a related discipline and 5 years post-related experience, or a Bachelor’s degree with 8 years post related experience.
