Overview
This consultancy aims to strengthen the IFRC's resource mobilization capacity in Central America by identifying, cultivating, and securing new funding opportunities, particularly for health-related initiatives.
Tasks Summary
- Conduct donor landscape and funding analysis.
- Develop a Sub-Regional Resource Mobilization plan 2026 – 2027 with a focus on the health portfolio.
- Develop tailored engagement plans for priority partners.
- Support concept notes and proposal development.
- Strengthen the health funding pipeline.
- Develop or contextualize tools and templates for National Societies.
- Co-facilitate at least one virtual workshop on resource mobilization.
- Work closely with relevant teams to ensure alignment of fundraising efforts.
- Track progress of outreach, leads, and funding opportunities.
- Produce periodic progress reports.
Experience Requirements
Experience in donor mapping, proposal or concept note development, stakeholder engagement, and/or coordination within humanitarian or health-related programs, with the ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines.
Qualification Requirements
A degree in International Affairs, Social Sciences, Corporate Social Responsibility or other relevant area.
