Overview

The Regional Digital Wellbeing Specialist will manage the Learning Management System (LMS) platform, coordinate digital curriculum delivery, and support digital capacity building across 11 countries to enhance youth digital wellbeing.

Tasks Summary
  • Lead LMS setup, configuration, and management.
  • Coordinate digital curriculum development and localization.
  • Ensure platform accessibility and optimize user experience.
  • Conduct training and capacity building on digital platforms.
  • Monitor user engagement and learning outcomes.
  • Integrate data and generate reports.
  • Coordinate with technical partners and vendors.
Experience Requirements
  • Minimum 5 years of proven experience managing Learning Management Systems (LMS) or digital learning platforms for education or capacity building programs.
  • Experience with digital curriculum development, instructional design, and creating engaging online learning content.
  • Knowledge of web accessibility standards (WCAG) and experience implementing inclusive digital platforms.
  • Understanding of user experience (UX) design principles.
  • Experience conducting training and capacity building on digital platforms for non-technical users.
  • Familiarity with data privacy and cybersecurity best practices for educational technology.
  • Strong problem-solving skills.
  • Experience coordinating with IT vendors or service providers.
  • Experience managing digital learning platforms across multiple countries and languages (desirable).
Qualification Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in information technology, computer science, education technology, instructional design, or related fields (Master's degree preferred).
  • Master's degree in education technology, instructional design, digital learning, or related fields (desirable).
Other Details

Languages Required: • Proficiency in English (written and spoken) is mandatory

Languages Preferred: • Proficiency in additional languages relevant to ASEAN region (Bahasa Indonesia, Vietnamese, Thai, etc.)

Contract Duration:

Work Modality: Based at Country Office Jakarta with 10-15% travel to implementing countries. YPII currently applies a mix of Working from Home and Working from Office arrangements.
