Overview

The Monitoring and Reporting Analyst will support monitoring, reporting, evaluation, and results-based management processes for the project. The role ensures timely, accurate, and high-quality reporting and effective information flow.

Tasks Summary
  • Support continuous monitoring, review, and evaluation of project activities.
  • Track project and portfolio-level progress against work plans and indicators.
  • Monitor performance and results of project activities and prepare periodic monitoring and reporting products.
  • Maintain and update the project M&E framework and monitoring plan.
  • Serve as a focal point for external monitoring, evaluation, and review exercises.
  • Apply principles of gender-responsive monitoring and reporting.
  • Support project teams and partners in identifying appropriate methods for data collection and performance tracking.
  • Coordinate and support data collection at the field level.
  • Identify needs for additional data collection or analytical support.
  • Coordinate and contribute to the preparation of project documentation.
  • Support the preparation and consolidation of periodic project reports required by donors.
  • Collaborate with Communications team in ensuring communication and visibility of project results.
  • Support final beneficiaries in preparing monthly technical and implementation reports.
  • Contribute to the preparation of Annual Work Plans and progress reports.
  • Coordinate and compile on-demand analytical notes, briefs, and reporting inputs.
  • Maintain project monitoring databases, trackers, and reporting tools.
  • Track performance indicators and implementation progress.
  • Support quality assessment of analytical products and outputs.
  • Contribute to ensuring coherence and synergies of project interventions.
  • Support coordination meetings and reviews.
  • Draft analytical documents such as concept notes, briefs, and summaries.
  • Contribute to the preparation of TORs and support supervision of consultants.
  • Coordinate sociological research and analysis.
  • Contribute to systematization and sharing of monitoring data, lessons learned, and analytical findings.
  • Support preparation and dissemination of knowledge products.
  • Participate in project meetings, coordination events, and public activities.
Experience Requirements
  • Applicants with a master’s degree (or equivalent) are not required to have professional work experience.
  • Applicants with a bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) are required to have a minimum of two (2) years of relevant professional experience at the national or international level in monitoring, reporting, evaluation, research, or data management within development, humanitarian assistance, or early recovery projects.
Qualification Requirements
  • Advanced university degree (Master’s degree or equivalent) in Political Science, Public Administration, Statistics, Information Management, Research, Monitoring and Evaluation, International Relations, Social Sciences or related discipline is required.
  • Or a first-level university degree (bachelor’s degree) in the areas stated above, in combination with additional two years of qualifying experience.

Languages Required: Fluency in English is required. Fluency in Ukrainian is required.
