Overview
Provide technical services for the implementation of the Agricultural Census preparatory phase, focusing on data processing components.
Tasks Summary
- Support the preparation and establishment of a work plan for the data processing component.
- Support the assessment of data processing capacities and facilities.
- Prepare a programme for upgrading knowledge and skills for data capturing, processing, and tabulation.
- Support the preparation of a cost-effective data processing programme and tools.
- Support the organisation of Training of Trainers (ToT) trainings.
- Assist in the planning, organizing and conducting the census instruments testing.
- Prepare End of Mission Reports and an Assignment Report.
Experience Requirements
• At least 5 years’ experience in agricultural census and surveys and their organization in middle-income countries.
Qualification Requirements
• Advanced university degree in data processing with specialization in agricultural statistics
