International consultancy: Evaluability Assessment of the UNICEF Sierra Leone Country Programme, Freetown, Sierra Leone (Remote)

Overview

Conduct an evaluability assessment of the UNICEF Sierra Leone Country Programme to determine its readiness for evaluation and provide recommendations for improvement.

Tasks Summary

• Develop an inception note outlining understanding, methodology, analytical framework, tools, and workplan.
• Collect data and produce a draft evaluability assessment report with findings, conclusions, and recommendations.
• Finalize the evaluability assessment report incorporating feedback.

Experience Requirements

• Minimum 10 years of relevant professional experience in evaluation, results-based management (RBM), or results-based programme design.
• Demonstrated experience working with UNICEF, the UN system, or comparable international organizations.

Qualification Requirements

• Advanced university degree in evaluation, social sciences, public policy, development studies, or a related field.

Remuneration: Financial proposals may be negotiated. The financial proposal should quote a lump-sum inclusive of fees, travel and visa costs as well as communication costs.
