Overview

The Regional Digital Specialist will manage the Learning Management System (LMS) platform, coordinate digital curriculum delivery, and support digital capacity building across 11 countries to ensure effective and inclusive digital learning experiences.

Tasks Summary
  • Lead LMS setup, configuration, and management, including user accounts, security, and technical support.
  • Adapt and digitize global curriculum into interactive LMS content, coordinating localization with country teams.
  • Ensure platform accessibility for users with disabilities and optimize for mobile devices and low-bandwidth contexts.
  • Conduct Training of Trainers (ToT) and develop training materials for platform users.
  • Monitor user engagement metrics and implement strategies to enhance participation and course completion.
  • Integrate pre- and post-test protocols into LMS modules for data collection and reporting.
  • Liaise with project managers, vendors, and partners on LMS implementation and technical support.
  • Identify opportunities to leverage emerging technologies for enhanced digital wellbeing education.
Experience Requirements
  • Minimum 5 years of proven experience managing Learning Management Systems (LMS) or digital learning platforms for education or capacity building programs.
  • Experience with digital curriculum development, instructional design, and creating engaging online learning content.
  • Knowledge of web accessibility standards (WCAG) and experience implementing inclusive digital platforms.
  • Understanding of user experience (UX) design principles.
  • Experience conducting training and capacity building on digital platforms for non-technical users.
  • Familiarity with data privacy and cybersecurity best practices for educational technology.
  • Experience coordinating with IT vendors or service providers on platform management and technical support.
  • Experience managing digital learning platforms across multiple countries and languages (desirable).
  • Familiarity with ASEAN regional context and digital infrastructure variations across member states (desirable).
Qualification Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in information technology, computer science, education technology, instructional design, or related fields (Master's degree preferred).
  • Master's degree in education technology, instructional design, digital learning, or related fields (desirable).
Other Details

Languages Required: • Proficiency in English (written and spoken) is mandatory

Languages Preferred: • Proficiency in additional languages relevant to ASEAN region (Bahasa Indonesia, Vietnamese, Thai, etc.)

Work Modality: mix of Working from Home and Working from Office arrangements
