Overview

To lead and implement a portfolio of initiatives that support and drive skills, performance and talent management across UK and international teams. This role accelerates service delivery, improvement, and leads end-to-end projects across culture change, learning, talent management and engagement.

Tasks Summary
  • Lead and implement a portfolio of initiatives that support and drive skills, performance and talent management.
  • Accelerate service delivery, improvement, and lead end-to-end projects across culture change, learning, talent management and engagement.
  • Shape organisational change plans, workforce strategies, build capability, and deliver innovative LT&E solutions.
  • Drive skills-based approaches, procure and programme manage high-quality learning solutions, coach senior leaders and HRBPs, implement inclusive talent management, modernise engagement practice, and innovate and digitise in areas such as talent insight and performance management.
  • Design frameworks, playbooks and tools.
  • Lead end-to-end project delivery and stakeholder engagement.
  • Contribute to medium-term strategic and operational business planning.
  • Manage and design complex change management.
Experience Requirements
  • Significant generalist and/or strategic Learning, Talent and Engagement Partnership experience gained within a large organisation and with multiple stakeholders.
  • People & Culture expertise across a broad spectrum of Recruitment, Talent Management, Reward, HR transactional operations activity, training and development, with an understanding of employment law principles.
  • Significant project and supplier management experience.
  • Third party learning, talent and engagement proposition identification, management and design to deployment experience, which would include procurement experience.
  • Up to date knowledge of current HR thinking and trends.
  • Experienced in contributing to medium-term strategic and operational business planning, with a track record of delivery.
  • Experienced in managing and designing complex change management.
  • Analytical skills, including using data to inform decision making and being able to weigh up and take decisions when there are unknowns.
  • Outcome focused with a value-added mindset.
  • Experience of identifying the root cause of problems using an evidence-based approach, acting as a stakeholder partner to influence positive outcomes.
