Overview
The role of Secretary to the Head of Unit provides general administrative support to ensure the smooth operation of the Unit’s secretariat. The position involves secretarial and administrative tasks, organizing meetings, and coordinating logistics.
Key Responsibilities
- Providing general administrative support to the Head of Unit, her Deputy, and Unit members.
- Handling ARES, BASIS, MIPS, DECIDE, SYSPER, and related procedures.
- Organizing meetings and coordinating logistics.
Required Experience
- Appropriate professional experience of at least three years (if secondary education diploma is held).
- Good knowledge of Commission administrative procedures and related IT tools (ARES, BASIS, DECIDE, MIPS) is an asset.
Qualifications
- A level of post-secondary education attested by a diploma, OR
- A level of secondary education attested by a diploma giving access to post-secondary education.
