Required Experience
- Historical Financial Performance: Net worth for the last year (2024) must be positive.
- Average Annual Turnover: Minimum average annual turnover of USD 10.5 million for the last three (3) years (2022-2024).
- Financial Resources: Demonstrate financial resources exceeding USD 2.93 million for the Subject Contract.
- Contracts of Similar Size and Nature: At least one satisfactorily completed contract in the last eight (8) years similar to the proposed works, with Bidder’s participation exceeding:
- Contract No.1: Design of Water Supply System (USD3.8 million)
- Contract No.2: Construction of Water Supply System (USD13.11 million)
- Contract No.3: Construction of Access Roads, Security Fencing, and Buildings (USD1.13 million)
- Experience in Key Activities:
- Construction of HDPE pipelines.
- Construction (trenching) within public roads and verges and the reinstatement of road pavements.
- Construction of fibre optic networks.
- Construction of SCADA system.
- Specific Experience in Managing Environment, Health and Safety (EHS) Aspects: (i) environmental management, and (ii) health and safety management.
- EHS Certification and Documentation:
- ISO 14001:2015 - Environmental Management Systems.
- ISO 45001:2018 - Occupational Health and Safety Management Systems.
