Overview
Support the planning, coordination, and management of Partnership Training and Education Centres (PTECs) activities and HQ SACT’s contribution to Capacity Building Implementation Plan (CB IP).
Key Responsibilities
- Supporting NATO’s partnerships initiatives.
- Analyzing and assessing offers and requests for support.
- Coordinating and producing HQ SACT contributions to SHAPE-led CB IP.
- Ensuring coherent development and implementation of ACT contributions towards Capacity Building.
- Supporting Partner’s Education and Training Facilities (ETFs) throughout PTEC recognition process.
- Supporting and providing guidance to PTECs.
- Coordinating Education and Training events and activities of PTECs.
- Acting as the secretary of PTEC Commandants Conference (CC) and PTEC Working Group (WG).
- Assisting the HQ SACT Co-Chair in the preparation and conduct of PTEC activities.
- Serving as the point of contact for the budgetary issues of the Partnerships Branch.
- Assuming Information Knowledge Management (IKM) responsibilities.
- Any other tasks as directed by Branch Head.
Required Experience
- University Degree in instructional design, educational technology or related discipline and 4 years post related experience, or Higher Secondary education and completed advanced vocational training in that discipline leading to a professional qualification or professional accreditation with 5 years post related and 2 years function related experience.
- Three to five years’ experience in planning and executing events or Working Groups and facilitating groups or Working Groups.
- Three to five years’ experience in preparing and delivering briefings to higher and/or lower ranked personnel.
- Three to five years’ experience in analyzing data and drawing conclusions.
- Proven ability to work independently.
- Demonstrated proficiency in the use of the Microsoft Office Tool suite and collaborative software.
