Overview

The role involves carrying out preliminary and detailed design for architectural and urban projects, contributing to tender documents, and coordinating with various stakeholders to ensure designs meet UNRWA standards.


Key Responsibilities
  • Carries out preliminary and detailed design for architectural and urban projects.
  • Contributes to tender documents’ preparation.
  • Follows up with external consultants on architectural and engineering designs.
  • Produces detailed Architectural design packages.
  • Coordinates with staff members to produce architectural designs.
  • Provides input to the development of Camp Improvement Plan.
  • Produces reports based on data analysis related to architectural works.
Required Experience

At least 4 years of relevant experience, of which at least two years in designing developmental projects. Experience with architectural design software and computer aided design for 2D and 3D production, such as AutoCAD, and other relevant software.

Qualifications

A university degree in architecture / architectural engineering from an accredited university/ institution.
