Overview
The role involves the management and continuous improvement of CERT-EU’s IT infrastructure, including providing technical support and contributing to IT operations and key technical projects.
Key Responsibilities
- - Infrastructure & Systems Administration: Install, configure, and troubleshoot networks, servers, and in-house information systems.
- - Proactive Monitoring & Security: Monitor IT landscape, analyze logs, and implement security policies and network protections.
- - Strategic Projects & Enhancements: Drive system automation, migrations, and new application deployments.
- - Internal IT Support: Manage helpdesk operations, oversee ITSM software, handle service requests, and perform diagnostics.
- - Documentation: Create and maintain technical documentation, standard operating procedures, and operational guidelines.
Required Experience
At least 3 years prior experience as a Systems and Networks Engineer. Work experience in a complex public sector environment or cybersecurity engineering team is a great bonus. Experience in Systems Administration (Multi-OS), Networking & Infrastructure, DevOps, Containers & Automation, Security & Hardening, and Data, Monitoring & Logging is required.
Qualifications
A level of education which corresponds to completed university studies of at least three years attested by a diploma.
