Overview
The Treasury Specialist will manage and analyze data related to funding and market opportunities, transactions, and operations. The role involves developing communication materials and coordinating engagement with partners to achieve borrowing program goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor funding opportunities in different bond markets, including review of private placement proposals.
- Maintain relationships with banks and investors.
- Create funding and execution strategy for public offerings and structured private placements and retail-targeted transactions.
- Oversee the monitoring, analysis, and execution of liability management transactions.
- Maintain investor-related communication materials, talking points, Q&As, and roadshows.
- Contribute to regular reports, such as the Treasury Quarterly Report and Borrowing Program papers.
- Analyze data related to funding and market opportunities, transactions, and operations and undertake relevant benchmarking exercises.
- Provide leadership and support to reporting staff, overseeing their performance and ensuring their development.
Required Experience
- At least 6 years of relevant professional experience.
- International experience working in several countries.
Qualifications
A University degree in finance, economics, accounting, or relevant fields; preferably at post-graduate level or its equivalent.
