Invitation for bids for the design and build of Sewerage Pipe Installation, East Semarang - CWIS -04.
Required Experience
- Minimum average annual construction turnover of US$ 7,355,710.52 calculated as total certified payments received for contracts in progress or completed, within the last three (3) years.
- Financial resources, less financial obligations for current contract commitments, meet or exceed US$ 1,225,951.75.
- Participation as a contractor, Joint Venture partner, or Subcontractor, in at least 1 contract in Citywide Sewer/Sewerline works satisfactorily and substantially completed within the last 10 years from the bid submission deadline, where the value of the Bidder’s participation exceeds US$ 7,355,710.52.
- Minimum construction experience in supply, installation and testing of PVC pipes minimum ND 200 mm or larger and accessories with open trench/open excavation method min. 1000 m length (in one contract).
- Minimum construction experience in supply, installation and testing of RC pipes minimum ND 400 mm or larger and accessories with open trench/open excavation method min. 100 m length (in one contract).
- Minimum construction experience in supply, installation and testing of PVC pipes minimum ND 200 mm or larger and accessories with horizontal jacking system min. 500 m length (in one contract).
- Minimum construction experience in supply, installation and testing of RC pipes minimum ND 400 mm or larger and accessories with horizontal jacking system min. 500 m length (in one contract).
