Overview

The role involves developing and deploying an integrated e-Services platform using Microsoft Power Platform to automate HR, travel, and administrative processes for conference operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Architect and build scalable e-Services Power Platform solutions (Canvas/Model-Driven Apps, Power Automate flows, Power BI dashboards, Dataverse, Power Pages).
• Automate complex and simple workflows and processes using Power Automate, connectors, and API integrations.
• Implement informational architecture with simplified workflows, functions and activities.
• Ensure application security, performance, and compliance; follow secure development practices and governance.
• Manage deployments (CI/CD) using tools like Azure DevOps or GitHub.
• Configure notifications for Division Of conference Services personnel.
• Review, streamline and implement enhanced bounce back functionality with applicable user notifications.
• Simplify and streamline user experience by designing of requests submission interface.
• Determine and implement an appropriate digital signature solution.
• Ensure e-Services portal user and technical documentation is in place.

Required Experience

At least Seven (7) years in information systems analysis, programming, administration, software development, and technical documentation is required. Strong background in business analysis, software design, and development across portals, Windows, mobile apps, services, databases, BI systems, and integrations at enterprise level is required. Expert knowledge with solid experience with Asp.net, Power Platform (Dataverse, Model Driven apps), Power BI, SEO practices, and Microsoft Copilot studio and AI-driven solutions is required. Expertise in both Agile and Waterfall methodologies is required.

Qualifications

Advanced degree (Masters) in computer science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, or an equivalent field is required. A first level university degree in combination with two (2 ) additional years of qualifying experience may be accepted in lieu of the advanced university degree. Certifications/Training in Microsoft Power Platform Developer, Microsoft Power Platform Solution Architect, Microsoft Power Platform Functional Consultant, Other related Microsoft certifications or training in relevant areas are desirable.
