Overview
The Communications intern (Videography and Digital Media) will support UNODET’s efforts to enhance visibility and engagement through multimedia storytelling and video production, focusing on videography and short-form digital media.
Key Responsibilities
- - Capture compelling video content in dynamic environments.
- - Film behind-the-scenes moments and key activities.
- - Edit short-form, social-first video content.
- - Support the communications team in producing engaging multimedia content.
- - Assist in recording video and audio.
- - Organize and manage video footage and media assets.
Required Experience
- No working experience is required to apply for the United Nations Internship Programme.
- Experience capturing video in real-world environments such as conferences, interviews, or events.
- Strong visual instinct for framing, pacing, and storytelling.
- Strong organizational skills related to managing video footage and media assets.
Qualifications
- Applicants must meet one of the following requirements:
- - Be enrolled in a graduate school programme (second university degree or equivalent, or higher);
- - Be enrolled in the FINAL academic year of a university degree programme (minimum Bachelor's level or equivalent);
- - Have graduated with a university degree as defined in (1) and (2).
- Preferably in the area of Film Production, Media Studies, Communications, Digital Media, Journalism, Marketing, Graphic Design, Multimedia Production, Visual Arts, or related fields.
