Overview
Support the Digital Communications team in maintaining and enhancing digital platforms and knowledge resources, gaining practical experience in digital communications workflows.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with uploading and updating content on the ITC website
- Support formatting and layout of web pages
- Help ensure accessibility compliance
- Assist in troubleshooting minor website content issues
- Support quality assurance checks
- Assist with organizing and maintaining digital assets and files
- Support with data analysis and reporting
- Assist in cataloguing publications and knowledge products
- Support metadata entry and tagging of documents
- Help organize digital library resources and archives
- Assist with document classification and filing
- Assist in creating visual assets for web and social media
- Support design of banners, infographics, and digital graphics
- Support visual content preparation for campaigns and events
Required Experience
- No work experience is required.
- Any relevant experience in a similar field is an advantage.
Qualifications
- Be enrolled in the final academic year of the first university degree programme in computer science, information management or related field (minimum Bachelor’s level or equivalent);
OR
- Be enrolled in a graduate school programme (second university degree or equivalent, or higher);
OR
- Have graduated with a university degree (as defined above) and, if selected, must commence the internship within one year of graduation.
