Overview
Two Online Volunteers will be responsible for editing and proofreading a guide for regulatory bodies to ensure clarity, accuracy, and consistency in language, style, and formatting.
Key Responsibilities
- Edit and proofread the assigned reports for grammar, spelling, punctuation, and overall language quality.
- Ensure consistency in terminology, style, and formatting across all reports.
- Check for clarity, coherence, and logical flow of content, making suggestions for improvement where necessary.
- Verify that references, footnotes, and annexures are correctly formatted.
- Coordinate regularly with each other to align on editing standards and resolve any discrepancies.
- Ensure that the final versions are ready for publication, adhering to UNESCO/UN guidelines
