Dear Bidder, The International Labour Office (ILO) is looking for an individual to undertake work as an External Collaborator. Below is a summary of the work to be performed: The consultant(s) will undertake a comprehensive assessment of the biomass sector in Namibia, combining desk-based research, value chain analysis, and field data collection. The assignment will cover the mapping of the biomass value chain, analysis of current and potential employment impacts, and assessment of job quality, skills need, and work conditions. It will also include scenario and forecast analysis to estimate employment outcomes under different policy and investment options, supported by stakeholder consultations across the public and private sectors. Based on the findings, the consultant(s) will develop evidence-based recommendations and propose an employment-focused monitoring and evaluation framework to inform policy and investment decisions.
