Overview

Provide digital technology guidance to Country Offices, Regional Offices, and GPD Centres of Excellence (CoEs), with a strong focus on Digital Public Goods (DPGs), while working closely with a multidisciplinary team of technologists, analysts, and data scientists.

Required Experience

At least 5 years of relevant work experience in Information Communication Technology, Information Technology, Software development, Product management, Technology consulting, Service design, Project management and any other related fields. Experience with RapidPro, ODK data collection tools and understanding and experience with digital public goods.

Qualifications

Master or equivalent (Advanced University Degree) in Information Systems, Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Management, Information technology management, Social science and any other related fields. A Bachelor or equivalent (First Level University Degree) in a relevant area combined with 2 additional years of relevant work experience may be accepted in lieu of an advanced university degree.
