Overview
Supports the rapid delivery of tailored AI solutions for WBG Country and Regional teams by gathering business requirements, assessing processes, and delivering AI solutions to support strategic business objectives. Monitors key product performance indicators and supports the feedback loop for continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities
- Collects, refines, and documents business requirements with a focus on rapid AI solutioning, including clear acceptance and evaluation criteria tailored to AI outputs.
- Drives fast cycle delivery of AI-enabled products, ensuring requirements are actionable, lightweight, and optimized for rapid experimentation and deployment.
- Ensures strong alignment between business needs and AI solution design, enabling high value outcomes with minimal time-to-delivery.
- Facilitates rapid prototyping, iterative testing, and accelerated rollouts—shepherding solutions from MVP to production.
- Identifies and articulates high impact opportunities for AI intervention, prioritizing use cases that deliver fast measurable benefits.
- Captures concise, fit for purpose functional and technical specifications to support speedy development of Rapid AI Solutions.
- Gathers and synthesizes user requirements quickly and accurately through focused interviews, design workshops, and rapid discovery sessions.
- Supports backlog prioritization based on value, feasibility, and speed to impact, ensuring the Rapid AI pipeline remains efficient and outcomes-focused.
- Collaborates closely with business and technical stakeholders to validate AI opportunities and streamline processes for rapid adoption of AI-powered capabilities.
- Contributes to sprint planning, refinement, and reviews, ensuring each increment supports fast-paced AI delivery goals.
- Develops and executes lean test plans emphasizing rapid verification, model output validation, and continuous quality improvement.
- Supports end to end testing and validation of AI systems and enhancements, ensuring outcomes are reliable, explainable, and aligned with intended business value.
Required Experience
- Master’s degree with 2 years of experience or equivalent combination of education and experience (for example in IT field: Bachelor’s Degree with min 1 year of related work experience.)
- Demonstrated experience in delivering AI solutions in a rapid fashion - in complex, large scale environments, with a strong understanding of practical constraints, operational realities, and deployment considerations.
- Proven ability to translate complex business requirements into actionable, high impact AI enabled product features, ensuring clarity, feasibility, and measurable value.
- Solid understanding of IT development lifecycles, agile methodologies, and modern delivery practices relevant to rapid AI experimentation and deployment.
- Strong grasp of business goals and the ability to translate them into concise, outcome focused AI product requirements.
- Proven record of effective collaboration across organizational and disciplinary boundaries, demonstrating inclusiveness, respect for diverse viewpoints, and commitment to team success.
- Strong interpersonal and teamwork skills, with the ability to cultivate productive, trust based relationships across technical and nontechnical stakeholders.
- Genuine passion for innovation, continuous learning, and staying current with emerging technologies, particularly in the field of AI.
- Able to take personal ownership and accountability to meet deadlines and achieve agreed-upon results and has the personal organization to do so.
Qualifications
- Master’s degree or Bachelor’s Degree.
- Recommended certifications: SAFe Product Owner, as well as in Machine learning foundations, Responsible AI, Data science, or similar, demonstrating up to date knowledge of modern AI practices.
