Overview

Drives office vehicles to transport authorized personnel and supports official personnel and visitors with airport formalities. Ensures daily maintenance of vehicles and maintains vehicle-related documents.


Key Responsibilities
  • Drive office vehicles to transport authorized personnel to various destinations, including field visits.
  • Meet and assist official personnel and visitors at the airport; support with visa, customs, and other formalities.
  • Deliver, collect, and facilitate customs clearance of official pouches, mail, parcels, and heavy items.
  • Ensure daily maintenance of vehicles, including checking fuel, oil, battery, brakes, and tyres; perform minor repairs and arrange for major repairs.
  • Record and maintain accurate logs of official trips, daily mileage, fuel consumption, and other required information.
  • Keep all vehicle-related documents and supplies up to date.
  • Procure minor office supplies, obtain invoices for local purchases, and arrange payment of office telephone and other bills.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned.
Required Experience

• Two years of professional experience driving cars and heavy-duty vehicles

Qualifications
  • Completion of secondary education or equivalent
  • Must possess a valid Libyan professional driving license for the light and heavy duty vehicles

Remuneration
annual net base salary starting at USD 13,517 (subject to mandatory deductions for pension contributions and health insurance, as applicable) and 30 days of annual leave.
