Overview
Provide technical advice and support to the country team in developing a staffing structure fit for purpose to deliver results under the new Country Programme. Coordinate the drafting and finalisation of the CPMP 2027–2031.
Key Responsibilities
- Review key documents related to CPMPs and resource planning.
- Engage with units to review and propose staffing structures and management arrangements.
- Prepare a draft CPMP 2027–2031, including an affordability analysis.
- Review and propose updates to the Country Office accountability framework.
Required Experience
- At least 10 years of relevant professional experience in management design/development, human resources management, and/or organisational development at professional or managerial level.
- Demonstrated experience in assessing and developing staffing structures, job profiles, and organisational assessments.
- Experience supporting CPMPs or similar planning processes with UNICEF or other UN agencies is required.
- Knowledge of UNICEF’s HR-related policies, structures, and systems.
- Knowledge of development cooperation strategies and modalities.
Qualifications
• Advanced university degree (or equivalent) in management, organisational development, human resources, or a related field
