Overview

Provide reporting support to the Earthquake Response Project by drafting, reviewing, editing, and formatting project updates and reports. Develop and maintain reporting templates and tools to streamline reporting processes.


Key Responsibilities
  • Compile a calendar and timeline of reporting requirements.
  • Prepare and develop tools and templates for reporting.
  • Provide drafting, editing, and formatting support for project reporting.
  • Coach and strengthen capacity of project management unit personnel in reporting.
  • Prepare an assessment of ways to simplify and streamline reporting workload and timelines.
Required Experience
  • At least 3 years of progressively responsible professional experience working at the international level in the field of reporting, donor relations, or communications, related to humanitarian response or development, particularly with international donor projects;
  • Experience drafting and preparing high-quality work product under tight deadlines;
  • Demonstrated experience in reviewing, and editing written international development reporting and communications products, in English;
  • Formatting, template design, and product layout experience;
  • Demonstrated experience in mentoring or coaching national and local teams.
Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Development Studies, International Relations, Political Science, English or other relevant field
