Overview
Conduct beneficiary mobilization and registration using the SCOPE system, ensuring accurate data capture and dissemination of project information to affected communities.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct beneficiary mobilization in all target villages.
- Assist in the management and maintenance of SCOPE registration equipment.
- Conduct manual registration of beneficiaries and ensure correct information is captured.
- Undertake full family registration of all beneficiaries in SCOPE using a biometric registration system.
- Validate beneficiary’s data in SCOPE, updating records to ensure household information is up to date.
- Sensitize beneficiaries on cash value entitlement, duration, and redemption methods.
- Provide reports and feedback on beneficiary management, including identified gaps and challenges.
- Collect data and contribute to reports on SCOPE-related issues.
- Assist Protection risks survivors and advises via existing referral bath ways.
- Disseminate project visibilities and establish Complaint & Responses Mechanisms.
- Introduce beneficiaries to address their concerns to available CRMs.
- Perform other functions as requested by the immediate supervisor.
Required Experience
- Minimum of One year of experience in biometric registration processes.
- Experience working in Abudwak , Herale & Balanbal Somalia.
Qualifications
• University graduate with Background in ICT and M&E or relevant field.
