Support the preparation and finalisation of project closure reports in line with UNDP guidelines and donor requirements, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and timely submission.


Key Responsibilities
  • Support the preparation of project closure reports in line with UNDP guidelines and donor requirements.
  • Compile and consolidate project results, lessons learned, and key achievements for final reporting.
  • Ensure accuracy, completeness, and timely submission of project closure reports.
  • Assist in organising and maintaining project documentation and records required for closure.
  • Support the proper archiving of project outputs, data, and documentation.
  • Support in writing the closure report of the project implementation activities in accordance with UNDP policies and procedures.
Required Experience
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience working in international development project research, advisory, implementation, and/or resource mobilization preferably in developing countries.
  • Proven experience in the development sector, preferably in humanitarian mine action, environmental management.
  • Familiarity with the Solomon Islands is an added advantage.
  • Work experience with the United Nations is an asset.
Qualifications

Master’s degree in environmental science, International Development, Business Administration, Public Administration, Development Economics, Climate Change, Security Studies or related fields. or; Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in the above-mentioned fields with additional 2 years relevant experience will be given due consideration in lieu of Master’s Degree.
