Overview
Supervise, report on, plan, and organize food distribution processes in assigned target locations within Abudwak district.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise registration, validation, and updating of beneficiary data in SCOPE.
- Oversee SCOPE registrars and provide technical support for biometric devices.
- Ensure security of hardware.
- Collaborate with local authorities, community leaders, and WFP partners.
- Produce regular, accurate reports on registration, redemption, and feedback.
- Train field staff and educate beneficiaries on entitlement, redemption, and complaint mechanisms.
- Conduct field visits to monitor distribution sites and track project progress.
- Manage logistics of beneficiary registration.
- Participate in community mobilization and engagement.
- Report on the condition of machines, computers, RTPI machines, MPoSe.
- Manage crowds and ensure proper alignment of beneficiaries, especially women and those of special needs.
- Perform other duties as requested by supervisors.
Required Experience
- Minimum of two years of previous experience in food distribution supervisory.
- Experience working in Abudwak, Somalia.
- Documented results related to the position’s responsibilities.
Qualifications
• University graduate in social science or related field.
