Overview

The Project Coordinator will be responsible for the day-to-day coordination of project implementation, ensuring project achievements align with the Detailed Implementation Plan, and providing administrative support.


Key Responsibilities
  • Develops and updates the Detailed Implementation Plan (DIP) and monitors its implementation.
  • Manages consultants and stakeholders to ensure delivery of quality outputs.
  • Leads financial management, including budget planning and expenditure, and ensures accuracy of financial reports.
  • Identifies project risks and develops mitigation strategies.
  • Establishes and maintains good partnerships with stakeholders, government, and private sector entities.
  • Acts as the focal person for communication with local partners and governments.
  • Coordinates with MER Specialist to manage and monitor project implementation using agreed tools.
  • Supervises the development of knowledge products from the project.
  • Ensures Plan International's global policies for Safeguarding Children and Young People and Gender Equality and Inclusion are embedded in project design and implementation.
Required Experience
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in project management, including budget management, monitoring, evaluation, and quality project reporting.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience working in coordination with Government agencies/offices, Health, and ECD sectors.
Qualifications

• Undergraduate degree in education, health, social fields or other related fields in health, ECD, and gender equality.

Remote placement in Ruteng Manggarai, NTT, with frequent travel to project location in the field.
