Overview

The International Criminal Court is seeking an intern to support the Information Management Office in a project to migrate contents from repositories to modern SharePoint environments. The intern will assist in project execution and provide timely and efficient information management services.


Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in updating project documents such as project plan, issues list, risk register, etc.;
  • Help coordinate with relevant stakeholders where actions are required and ensure tasks are completed on time;
  • Test the new system;
  • Organise and participate in project meetings;
  • Draft meeting minutes and project communications;
  • Support change management initiatives such as coordination of training to end users;
  • Perform any other duties as assigned by the supervisor.
Required Experience

Applicants must have less than three years of relevant full-time professional experience. Practical experience that is relevant to the work of the Court may be considered an asset.

Qualifications

All Candidates must have a degree or be in the final stages of their studies at a recognised university. Candidates are expected to have a very good record of academic performance.

Languages Required
Proficiency in one of the working languages of the Court, French or English, is required.
Languages Preferred
Working knowledge of the other working language (French or English) is desirable. Knowledge of another official language of the Court (Arabic, Chinese, Russian and Spanish) is an asset.
Contract Duration
Interns are required to work full time for a period between three and six months (to be agreed to prior to commencement).

Remuneration
Internship placements at the ICC are unfunded. The ICC is not able to provide participants with any remuneration, nor is it possible to provide reimbursement for expenses incurred prior, during or after the internship. Applicants must therefore be able to support themselves for the entire duration of their internship.
