Overview
Assist the Procurement Unit with general vendor and market research, administration of purchase orders and contracts, and data entry for vendor and contract assessment.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct general vendor and market segments research and analysis;
- Conduct enquiries for cooperation with United Nations and other international organisations;
- Assist in administration, digitisation and record management of purchase orders, contracts awards and claim management;
- Assist with data entry and preliminary vendor and contract assessment for registration in the Vendor Information Management System and Contract Tracking software;
- Prepare summaries of important decisions in procurement planning and keep track in the planning tool;
- Attend meetings when requested and prepare minutes;
- Conduct other tasks as needed;
- Provide a final report assessment through a concise word document and excel sheet model.
Required Experience
Applicants must have less than three years of relevant full-time professional experience. Practical experience relevant to the work of the Court may be considered an asset.
Qualifications
All Candidates must have a degree or be in the final stages of their studies at a recognised university. Candidates are expected to have a very good record of academic performance.
