Overview

The International Criminal Court (ICC) is seeking an intern to support the Talent Acquisition Team within the Human Resources Section. The intern will assist with current and prospective tasks and projects related to talent acquisition.


Key Responsibilities
  • Support in preparing and publishing Vacancy Announcements (VAs);
  • Disseminating Vacancy Announcement on the ICC social media channels as well as sharing with recruitment partners;
  • Supporting the team with the recruitment selection process, including organizing invitations for assessments and interviews, assisting with candidates’ eligibility review, administration of written assessments, drafting interview assessment reports, and organizing logistics;
  • Initiating medical and security clearance processes;
  • Supporting the management of VAs and candidates databases;
  • Assisting in targeted sourcing activities;
  • Assisting with the organization of the onboarding of selected candidates;
  • Assisting in designing communication strategies to support Talent Acquisition activities;
  • Participating in Talent Acquisition improvement projects;
  • Conducting other tasks as needed.
Required Experience

Practical experience that is relevant to talent acquisition, recruitment, marketing, sourcing, human resources management, employer branding and relationship management may be considered as asset. Applicants must have less than three years of relevant full-time professional experience to be considered for an internship.

Qualifications

All Candidates must have a degree or be in the final stages of a relevant study at a recognized university. Candidates are expected to have a very good record of academic performance. Candidates with a Human Resources, Communications or Business Administration degree are encouraged to apply. Other academic qualifications are welcome.

Proficiency in one of the working languages of the Court, English or French, is required.
Languages Preferred
Working knowledge of the other working language (English or French) is desirable.

Remuneration
The ICC is not able to provide participants in the Internship and Visiting Professional Programme with any remuneration, nor is it possible to provide reimbursement for expenses incurred prior, during or after the internship or visiting professional placement. Applicants must therefore be able to support themselves for the entire duration of their internship or visiting professional placement.
