Overview
The Occupational Health Unit seeks an intern to support the provision of Occupational Health and Welfare services for staff, focusing on minimizing preventable staff harm and optimizing occupational health conditions.
Key Responsibilities
- - Update psychosocial information concerning wellbeing and health;
- - Conduct data searches on relevant topics, especially the Secondary Trauma Survey project;
- - Handle data in Excel and SPSS;
- - Assist Staff Counsellor in conducting awareness presentations and training;
- - Support with the inventory of medical supplies and restocking of travel medical kits;
- - Update and maintain electronic staff medical files;
- - Assist with medical administration (filing and digitalising documents, preparing forms for signature);
- - Any other ad-hoc duties as requested by the unit.
Required Experience
Practical experience that is relevant to the work of the Court may be considered an asset. Applicants must have less than three years of relevant full-time professional experience.
Qualifications
Completed three years of university studies, BA, in one of the following areas: psychology, social sciences, or medicine.
